New Wii Channel?

I got a hot tip off a mate that there will be a new channel allowing users to create and upload there own games made on this new Wii channel. You can download other people's games aswell. This is a bit of a rumor. I'll double check on it.

I'm not familiar with the software or Wii Channel but how will users be able to create games? If they will be able to, the games must be very basic.

I dont know, the channel isnt out yet. It was a hot tip off, so it could be miles away from completion

Do you have an idea of how this game creation could be applied to the Wii?

I can only imagine the stage building element would be similar to my sims, and maybe Super Smash Bros Brawl. They could have something like Age Of Empires, various Items may have to be bought to certain places, or so much of an element must be accumilated.

If there is going to be such a system - it will be very basic.
