Two small issues

I got two minor problems with the site...

1. Nothing has been done regarding the quote-boxes. The text is still dark (like the backround).What happened to the bright colored text?

2. I dislike the the little icons that indicate if new posts have been made or not. In my opinion, they're ugly and doesn't fit the site. Could we change them, and maybe make them bigger?

I agree with number 1. I would send Aryan a PM ASAP. With number 2, I agree? Wait a sec...

@FlameDragon That's built in to the forum's theme along with the other icons. In order to get rid of it, we would have make a whole new set of icons. What don't you like about it?

Well firstly I think such icons should be a bit bigger.
And second, I don't think it goes along well with the rest of the site. If you ask me it belongs in a CS forum, not a general gaming forum. I'd like to see maybe a joystick or gamepad in it's place.

Yeah, but, in order to do this we need to make the whole set. I'll try to get the icons. I'll post them later. About the quote color, I completely agree.

FD, I don't think it's hard to change the icon, in my opinion I think we need a brand new icon instead of the default CS icon.

That's what I wanted all along . A2L has made a thread about it in General talk.

Well, A2L was wrong about the icon changing. I can moderate every small image of this theme so if you need a new icon, just find it. I'll look for it too.

And about the quote's problem, I can't change it because it's a CSS file and it cannot be modified. So, please try to work with this color until we change our theme.

I would have to disagree. I went back to a forum I created long ago to see if I could test it out there.

It says:
" To manage your forum appearance, you have at your disposal the following form that will allow you to simply modify the colors of several elements. You also have the possibility to add CSS code in your style sheet."

I went to my admin control panel. Then

Display >> Pictures and Colors >> Colors >> Colors and text size >> Quote Font Color (change it to #ffffff) and click "save".
