| I suggest a co-admin. I know Aryan is busy with a lot of stuff, so how about a co-admin? We could have 2 admins and get 2x as much done.
Aryan, I know you found SuperHacker at TAZ, am I right? Well so far SuperHacker has been the biggest help for us. What if you can hire someone like that to be Administrator with you? Post a staff aplication at TAZ. Pick the best application and let us (staff) review him.
Please try to make sure this guy:
~ Is trustworthy ~ Has never been kicked from a website ~ Is literate ~ Is friendly ~ Speaks English as one of his/her languages
You could also train him, so he doesn't have to be a total genuis.
What do you think about the idea of a another administrator?

| I'm happy to be an administrator here. I have plenty of experience, with my own forum and another using this forum service. So please consider me | |

| This sounds ok. However, if you just put an application there, you cannot tell if the person will be active or not. Someone whom you know and trust will be a better idea. Besides, superhacker isn't very active nowadays. | |

| Everyone's good as we stand so we don't need to be promoted to co-admin. AJ, if you become admin who takes the gloabl mod spot? ngh, if you become one, who takes your mod position. We need someone fresh and someone a little older than you or me or AJ or even FlameDragon (he's 15 right?..). Believe me, if we would elect someone up there, you would be my first choice, AJ. You are more active than me during the week (I have school). I just think we need a fresh face. | |

If I am promoted, I'm still a global mod. Admins are global mods. An admin can do everything that a global mod can do. - Quote :

Age shouldn't matter in most cases. Of course we wouldn't promote a 1 year old - Quote :

Even though I have work, homework and my own forum to run. - Quote :

How can we trust someone we've just met? They might not be familiar with the ACP.

| You got me there on all accounts. Okay, well your next step would be to take it up with all the staff. What if you took like some oath that you have to agree to. - Quote :
- Me: Do you promise not to just one day ban everyone to release some stress you may be having?
AJ: I do. | |

| Maybe there should be a voting thread, not just for staff but for everyone, after all, this will affect everyone in the forum. | |

| That is a really good idea. Especially since Aryan is busy all the time. He really needs someone that can help him if he is not around. | |

No I'm 16, and I'll be 17 soon. I think AJ would make a good co-admin, here's why: 1. He's active 2. He has done a great job moderating this forum 3. He already is an admin (at his own site) END OF STORY

| OK, First of all : I'm not busy right now. I was on a trip for 2 weeks, that's why I couldn't get online. Now that I'm back, I can get back online and see what's happening on the site.
Schools are opening all over the world, so most of our members and staff are going to get very busy and inactive.
I still don't need a co-admin, when I needed one, be sure that I'll call for help.

| It looked a bit like Aryan was being shut out due to his inactivity to me, especially with FD's "END OF STORY". Just my opinion though, hope you don't take offense. Nice that Aryan will be active from now on, the forum should be more popular! | |
