Favicon Design Problems

Anybody come up with anything?

Still doesnt blend with the background. Use transparent png.

The colours don't match the current colour system - orange and black. How about adjusting to the colour scheme?

Its better, but I dont like the shading much.

im from gmx and i have a good graphics team plus myself so any graphical work you need doing i am willing to help as much as you need and put in my 5 pence sort a speak!
